The delegation of the Hungarian Parliamentary Prayer Group participated in the Finnish National Prayer Breakfast event in Helsinki on February 16, 2023, at the invitation of the professing Christian reprezentatives active in the Finnish parliament.

The main topic of the event and the title of the short seminar that followed the prayer breakfast was the following: Confidence in the future - Spiritual resilience in crisis situations. Most of the lectures and testimonies aimed to illustrate that even in the midst of the current social crisis in Europe, we have reason to be confident if we seek solutions based on the truths of the Bible, starting from the divine revelation and following the instructions of Jesus Christ.

In Finland, the Hungarian family policy measures have attracted a lot of interest among Christian believers in recent years, and the members of the delegation had many conversations about them, presenting the Hungarian family support system and its Christian inspiration. The members of the delegation met separately with Member of Parliament Antero Laukkanen, the founder of the Finnish parliamentary prayer morning movement, who will not run again in the next election on April 2nd due to his illness, but even in a wheelchair he travels the country and proclaims the good news: God loves us and calls to conversion.
