The event also celebrated the 75th anniversary of the birth of the State of Israel. During the two-day program, after the Plenary Session, the participants of the prayer breakfast could learn about and discuss topics such as "The Bible as an international connector" or "The importance of the city of Jerusalem in biblical times, today, and in the future" in various section meetings. On the Hungarian side Mr. György Urkuti read a common prayer from the Book of Kings. In addition to the sharing of domestic experiences, the creation of "Jerusalem peace" was the main message for which Christians from all over the world prayed together.
During their stay abroad, the Hungarian delegation was able to participate in a Hungarian-language Mass and visit several holy places in Jerusalem with the kind offer of Franciscan Father Jakab Várnagy, who has been serving in the Holy Land for several years.
